Wer denkt, an der Rezeption muss nur ein bisschen begr\u00fc\u00dft und ab und an telefoniert werden, der irrt gewaltig. Hier wird der Umgang mit Menschen auf eine harte Probe gestellt. Man muss von allen Seiten flexibel W\u00fcnsche erf\u00fcllen k\u00f6nnen und dabei immer den \u00dcberblick bewahren. Man ist die Visitenkarte des ganzen Salons und die erste Anlaufstelle f\u00fcr Beschwerden. Man muss sich f\u00fcr die Kunden interessieren, darf aber dabei nie pers\u00f6nliche Grenzen \u00fcberschreiten. Muss herzlich sein und darf dennoch nicht zu dick auftragen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die Rezeptionistin sollte immer das ganze Team entlasten und ist damit der Engel des Salons. Sie ist erster und letzter Kontakt mit Ihrem Kunden. Die Bedeutung, die eine ordentliche Begr\u00fc\u00dfung und Verabschiedung hat, entscheidet h\u00e4ufig dar\u00fcber, ob der Kunde gerne wieder kommt oder eben nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die Arbeit der Rezeption wird h\u00e4ufig untersch\u00e4tzt – dabei ist es der erste und letzte Eindruck, der vom Salon bleibt.
