Typische \u201eZ-ler\u201c treffen keine Entscheidung, ohne sich zuvor mit ihrem Netzwerk von Freunden zu beraten \u2013 online und offline. Umso wichtiger, dass sie sich als Arbeitgeber ordentlich pr\u00e4sentieren, denn man wird ihr Profil, ihre Webseite herzeigen und Meinungen einholen. F\u00fcr den Chef: Employer Branding wird wichtiger denn je!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Zetties sind entspannt, denn sie schaffen es im Alltag abzuschalten. Sie denken anders, sind deswegen aber nicht dumm und wissen sehr wohl, dass man im Beruf alles geben sollten. Das klingt nach positiver Arbeitsmoral und h\u00f6herer Belastbarkeit in den Arbeitsstunden, das l\u00e4sst hoffen und wir Babyboomer d\u00fcrfen ja kategorisch tr\u00e4umen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
