Stress ist nicht nur Zeitdruck und Hektik! Was Pausen-R\u00e4ume und Wochenend-Tr\u00e4ume mit dem Stresslevel zu tun haben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Stress kann f\u00fcr jeden etwas Anderes bedeuten. Der eine kommt mit Zeitdruck nicht gut klar, den anderen stressen schlecht gelaunte Kunden. Was den einen rasend macht, f\u00e4llt dem anderen gar nicht auf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In jedem Fall f\u00fchrt Stress zu Bluthochdruck, Schlafst\u00f6rungen, Herzrasen und wirkt sich auf unser Verhalten aus. Wir werden unvorsichtig, verarbeiten Eindr\u00fccke anders, die Erinnerung wird schlechter.
