Der aktuelle Bericht \u2013 GEI2021 \u2013 f\u00fchrt 380 Unternehmen in 44 L\u00e4ndern und Regionen auf und bewertet unter anderem den Anteil weiblicher F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die Talentplanung f\u00fcr weibliche Angestellte, den Gender Pay Gap sowie interne Richtlinien gegen sexuelle Bel\u00e4stigung in den Unternehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L\u2019Or\u00e9al ist auch in dieser Runde unter den gelisteten Unternehmen. Im Jahr 2019 waren weltweit 54 Prozent der F\u00fchrungspositionen bei L\u2019Or\u00e9al mit Frauen besetzt, 54 Prozent im Verwaltungsrat und 30 Prozent im Vorstandsgremium. In Deutschland ist mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung weiblich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
